WEDP is a comprehensive mentorship program providing employees who are interested in entering the rewarding and ever-changing field of industrial coatings and linings with specialized training under the guidance of experienced mentors.  The mentorship program helps employees do the right thing by exposing them to senior employees that know how to do the right thing.

What I appreciate most about working at WISL is how our company mentors people entering the trades and how they always keep us up to date with industry developments. When I came into this business as an apprentice 30 years ago, I took all my training through WISL and attained my Interprovincial Red Seal designation.
